Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SyncBus Pro's services, including our website, software, and marketplace integration platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using SyncBus Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Service Description
SyncBus Pro provides middleware services for connecting online marketplaces (such as eBay, Amazon, and others) with business systems (including but not limited to Odoo). Our Service includes automated synchronization of product data, orders, shipping status, tracking information, and settlement reports. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) maintain the security of your password; (d) accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account; and (e) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Additional charges may apply for orders exceeding your plan's included order volume.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SyncBus Pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncBus Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
